Sierra gives her all and shines in the process! Sierra has been the absolute best! We are moving to CA from out of state and she has been a wealth of information! We couldn't have gotten through this experience as easily without her. She brought such positivity and fun to the experience! She went above and beyond to ensure that we knew all of the information, had seen all of the area, understood what values were better in which areas, and even made sure to introduce us to the great food in Chico! Anytime we needed anything, she made it happen. When a few problems arose during our contract period, she stayed on top of everything to be sure it worked well for us. We always felt we had the most recent info. We ended the week with a good base knowledge of the entire area. Never before have I felt so familiar with a new city in a few days! In a word, Excellent! We would give Sierra and her team 10 stars. . Sierra and her team went above and beyond, looking for and ultimately finding our new home. Like so many, we lost our home in Paradise to the fire. We have been living out of the country, but wanted to move back. Sierra was able to take calls at odd hours to fit our time difference. She made the process of purchasing a home from afar smooth and provided all the information to make us comfortable with the decision. Sierra provided a great knowledge of the area. She was fast to replay to questions and on point with her communication. We are very happy with the outcome and now have house to make a home back in Paradise. We would highly recommend Sierra and her team!
